Displayable Name
The Displayable Name fields in a resource template are derived from the General Resource Description Fields and consists of up to four fields. Think of how users are most likely to search – such as by model number, manufacturer, or description – and determine the order in which you want those fields to appear. No matter what format the field is, when it is added to the displayable name, it is searchable.

Important: Resource Search looks at only the name of a resource. In addition, several reports are grouped or sorted by the name. For productive search results, Follett recommends you include commonly used terms for your resources. |
