Run the Top Circulating Sites report

Use the Top Circulating Sites report to view a list of the library sites in your district, ranked either by their total or average number of circulations.
The list includes each site's total number of patrons, its average number of circulations per patron, and its total number of circulations.

To view the report:

1. Log in to Destiny as a district user.

2. Go to District Back Office.

3. Select Reports > Library Reports.
4. Under Statistics, click Top Circulating Sites.

   

To customize the list:

1. At the top left, click Customize Summary, or scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. From the Sort by drop-down, choose total or average circulations, and then in the next drop-down select Ascending or Descending.
3. In the For the past field, type a number, and then select Days, Months, or Years in the next drop-down.
4. From the Group sites drop-down, choose whether to group or not group schools by Site Type.
5. To view the new list, click Update. The report appears, and the customization options are available at the bottom of the page.

Notes: Destiny includes all the patrons at each site. For patrons that transfer from one school to another within the district, Destiny also transfers the patrons' circulation statistics. These statistics are included with those of the patrons' current sites. Circulations include checkouts and renewals of existing library copies. Circulations do not include those of deleted copies, circulations to deleted patrons, in-library usage, or circulations of district media materials. Average Circulations/Patron is the Total Circulations divided by the Total Patrons. Statistics for Top Circulating Sites may differ from those in the Collection Statistics - Summary, as the Summary includes statistics for deleted copies.
