When the last copy of a library title is deleted, remove the title from this library's collection

If you select this option

When you delete the last copy of a title in your collection, a confirmation message appears. It warns the copy will be deleted and the title removed from your collection.

If you click Yes on the confirmation message, Destiny deletes the copy and does one of the following:

• If the title has an association with any library in the district, the title record remains in the district collection.
• If there is no other association, the title record is deleted.

When Destiny deletes the title from your library, it no longer appears in the search results of local searches.

If you deselect this option

When you delete the last copy of a title in your collection, a confirmation message warns the copy will be deleted.

If you click Yes on the confirmation message, Destiny deletes the copy. The title record remains in the district collection, even if no other library in the district is currently using it. The title remains associated with your library.

The title appears in the search results of local searches with the notation, "There are no local copies of this title."
