Arrange/display record sections as follows:

You can determine the sections that appear by default on the Title Details page of Library Search or Media Search in the Catalog.

  1. To display or hide the sections in the Catalog, select or deselect the Always Show checkboxes.
  2. To define their order of appearance from top to bottom, enter numbers in the Order fields.
  3. Click Save when you are done.

Patrons can always click Show Less or Show More, if desired.

Note: The permission, Show all title details (by default), on the Library Materials or Media Materials tab of Access Levels overrides the Always Show setting.
