Report Contents
For each item that has software assigned to it, the report includes the following information:
- Resource name
- Barcode number
- Home Location
- Custodian
If you did not assign a Custodian to an item, Destiny lists the department head. If you did not assign the item to a department, Destiny lists the principal. If the site has no principal, the text Principal appears. - If the item is checked out, the patron, department, or location appears.
If that patron, department, or location is at another site, the short site name of that site is listed. - For each license assigned, the software's resource name, barcode number, the transferability of the license, and the site that owns the license appear.
The report is sorted alphabetically by resource type, and then by resource name.
If the report includes more than one site, the report is first grouped by site.
The report is available in both PDF and XML file formats.
