To configure this report:

1. Select Reports > Library Reports.
2. Under Catalog -- Title & Copies, click Missouri Reports.
3. On the Configure tab, select what you want to include.
4. Click Save Setup.

To generate this report:

1. Select Reports > Library Reports.
2. Under Catalog -- Title & Copies, click Missouri Reports.
3. Click Run Report.

The report includes:

Report	Content
Fiction	Total number of fiction materials (All countable). Average copyright date is determined by adding copyright dates of all materials included in this count and dividing by the number of volumes reported.
Reference and Nonfiction	Total number of materials assigned a Dewey Decimal Classification number for Reference/Nonfiction. Average copyright date is determined by adding all dates and dividing by the number of volumes reported.
Visual	Total number of items that require equipment to be viewed. Visuals include: DVDs Video tapes Slides Digital streaming

To configure this report:

1. Select Reports > Library Reports.
2. Under Catalog -- Title & Copies, click Missouri Reports.
3. On the Configure tab, select what you want to include.
4. Click Save Setup.

To generate this report:

1. Select Reports > Library Reports.
2. Under Catalog -- Title & Copies, click Missouri Time Sensitive Dewey Reports.
3. If you are a District admin, select the site you want.

4. Select the type of report you want.
5. Do any of the following:

   If you choose...	Then...
   Professional Collection Note: This report includes: Dewey items without a prefix. Non-Dewey items without a prefix.	Next to Older and Newer counts based on, enter the number of years.
   Visual Collection Note: This report includes: Dewey items without a prefix. Non-Dewey items without a prefix.	Next to Older and Newer counts based on, enter the number of years. Select the Time-Sensitive Dewey Decimal Category.
   Reference/Non-Fiction Collection Note: This report includes: Dewey prefix(es) FIC, FT, REA, REG. Dewey items without a prefix. Non-Dewey items without a prefix.	Next to Older and Newer counts based on, enter the number of years. Select the Time-Sensitive Dewey Decimal Category.

6. Click Run Report.

The report includes:
